Jurassic Easter – 4 Activities in Porto

A different kind of Easter… among dinosaurs.

During the Easter holidays, Dino Experience Porto presents a special programme designed for children: Jurassic Easter. In addition to exploring the world of dinosaurs, families can enjoy four extra activities created especially for younger visitors.

With a mix of creative workshops, fun challenges, and discovery moments, this is a great option for anyone looking for things to do with kids in Porto during the Easter holidays.

🦖 What’s included in Jurassic Easter?

During this period, Dino Experience features new themed activities:

Jurassic Egg Hunt– A prehistoric twist on the classic egg hunt. Children are challenged to find dinosaur eggs hidden throughout the exhibition. At the end, there’s a special prize for those who complete the challenge.

Dino Magnet Workshop – A creative activity where imagination takes the lead. Each child chooses their favourite dinosaur, designs it, and takes home a personalised magnet with unique colours, shapes, and details.

Sticker Factory – A must-stop for sticker lovers. Here, children can design their own prehistoric sticker and take home an official sticker from this unique experience.

Story Time – A calmer but equally magical moment. Children dive into dinosaur-themed stories in partnership with Porto Editora. Titles include “Discover the World – Dinosaurs”, “What Do Dinosaurs Do When They’re Afraid?”, “7 Dinosaur Stories”, and “Malik and the Dinosaurs”.

When and where does Jurassic Easter take place?

The activities take place on selected dates during the Easter holidays at Dino Experience Porto, Alfândega do Porto:

• April 1 – 4:00 PM – Prehistoric Sticker Factory

• April 3 – 10:00–11:00 AM – The Great Lost Egg Hunt // 4:00 PM – Once Upon a Time… Story Time

• April 4 – 10:00–11:00 AM – The Great Lost Egg Hunt // 4:00 PM – Once Upon a Time… Story Time

• April 6 – 4:00 PM – Dino Magnet Workshop

• April 7 – 10:00 AM – Once Upon a Time… Story Time

• April 8 – 4:00 PM – Prehistoric Sticker Factory

• April 9 – 4:00 PM – Dino Magnet Workshop

• April 10 – 4:00 PM – Once Upon a Time… Story Time

The ticket includes both the activities and access to the exhibition. Ideal for families and children aged 3 to 12 (recommended, but not restrictive).
