Can I photograph or film the show?

Yes, but without flash and with screen brightness reduced to a minimum so as not to disturb the rest of the public. Share on social media and tag our Facebook page @portugalagenda and Instagram @portugalagenda, and use #immersivusgalleryporto.

Is there seating?

No, the show is immersive and the audience can move freely around the place. However, we have some benches available for people with reduced mobility, pregnant women and the elderly.

Can I exchange my ticket for another session?

Tickets purchased at the local ticket office may be exchanged depending on availability for the day and session in question. Exchanges are not permitted if the ticket is for an ongoing or past session.

What are the opening hours of the ticket office at the event location?

The on-site ticket office is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 7:30pm.

Is there access for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, there is an entrance suitable for people with reduced mobility as well as an access elevator inside the Customs House. We only ask that you request the need to use it at the entrance to the venue.

Can I drink, eat or smoke on site?

No.
