Can I photograph or film the show?
Yes, but without flash and with reduced brightness of the screen to a minimum so as not to disturb the rest of the audience. Share on social networks and identify our facebook page @portugalagenda and instagram @portugalagenda, and use #spiritusporto.
Is any seating available?
Yes.
Can I exchange my ticket for another session?
Tickets purchased at the local box office can be exchanged subject to availability for the day and session in question. Exchanges are not permitted if the ticket is for a current or past session.
What are the opening hours of the on-site ticket office?
The on-site box office is open Monday to Sunday from 9am to 10pm.
Is there access for persons with reduced mobility?
Yes, there is an entrance suitable for people with reduced mobility as well as a lift at the venue. Please, request the use of the lift at the entrance.
Can I drink, eat or smoke on site?
No.
