Can I photograph or film the show?
Yes, but without flash and with reduced brightness of the screen to a minimum so as not to disturb the rest of the audience. Share on social networks and identify our facebook page @portugalagenda and instagram @portugalagenda, and use #lisbonunderstars.
Is any seating available?
No, the show is immersive and the audience can move freely around the venue. However, we do have some seats available for people with reduced mobility, pregnant women and the elderly.
Can I exchange my ticket for another session?
Tickets purchased at the local box office can be exchanged subject to availability for the day and session in question. Exchanges are not permitted if the ticket is for a current or past session.
What are the opening hours of the on-site ticket office?
The on-site box office is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm.
Is this event accessible?
The exhibition “Frida Kahlo, an immersive biography” is divided into 8 installations: 7 will be exhibited in the Reservoir’s garden and one in its interior. The Mãe d’Água das Amoreiras Reservoir is a historical building that has 3 sets of stairs to access inside. To overcome the steps, the museum is equipped with a traction stair lift, which supports manual wheelchairs.
If necessary, just ask a member of the team.
