Can I photograph or film the show?
Yes, but without flash and with reduced screen brightness at least so as not to disturb the rest of the public. Share on social media and tag our facebook page @portugalagenda and instagram @portugalagenda, and use #immersivuslisboa.
Is there seating?
Yes, only in the PREMIUM area on the floating platform placed in the center of the reservoir. The rest of the audience must remain on top of one of the markings made on the floor around the auditorium, following the instructions of the room assistants.
Can I exchange my ticket for another session?
Tickets purchased at the local ticket office may be exchanged subject to availability for the day and session in question. Exchanges are not allowed if the ticket is for an ongoing or past session.
What are the opening hours of the ticket office at the event venue?
The ticket office on site is open from Wednesday to Saturday, from 14:00 to 20:30.
Is there access for people with reduced mobility?
The Mãe d’Água das Amoreiras Reservoir is a historic building that has 3 flights of stairs to access its interior. To overcome the steps, the museum is equipped with a traction stair lift, which supports manual wheelchairs.
If necessary, just ask a member of the team.
Can I drink, eat or smoke on site?
