Can I photograph or film the show?
Yes, but without flash and with reduced brightness of the screen to a minimum so as not to disturb the rest of the audience. Share on social networks and identify our facebook page @portugalagenda and instagram @portugalagenda, and use #magicalgardenporto.
Can I exchange my ticket for another session?
Tickets purchased at the local box office can be exchanged subject to availability for the day and session in question. Exchanges are not permitted if the ticket is for a current or past session.
What are the opening hours of the on-site ticket office?
The on-site box office is open Wednesday to Sunday from 7 pm to 10.30pm.
Is there access for persons with reduced mobility?
Yes, Yes, there is an alternative trail adapted for people in wheelchairs or with baby stroller.
